Several Ghanaian referees have been handed a lifetime ban, while others get a minimum of ten year suspension.

Several Ghanaian referees and club officials were caught on camera receiving monies suspected to be bribes in the Anas expose’ video.

The Referees Association of Ghana (RAG), after two months, since the investigative piece was premiered at the International Conference Centre issued a statement banning the over 70 referees and their assistants who were captured in the video.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has hit them harder by slapping the worst culprits with lifetime ban, while other offenders have been handed a 10 year ban.
