Dark Angel cake pops made from the scratch are every bit as delightful as the leftover method. Cake pops are rich in fiber, proteins and carbohydrates.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large slices of leftover chocolate cake
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp. coffee powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ Butter
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 12 lollipop sticks
- 1 cup caramel syrup
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- ½ cup sprinkles

Leftover cake method
- Crumble leftover cake into a large bowl
- Pour in your caramel syrup. Mix thoroughly.
- Using clean hands, mold the mixture into balls of about 5cm in diameter.
- Line on parchment paper.
- Place into a freezer for about 10-20 mins.
- Pour your white chocolate chips into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Pick one cake ball and attach a lollipop stick to it.
- Dip it into the white chocolate. Make sure every part of the ball is covered.
- Sprinkle a handle of sprinkles on to. Hold for a couple of minutes to dry.
Fresh bake method (from the scratch)
- In a large bowl, crème together your sugar and butter until smooth.
- Break the eggs into the mixture and mix together.
- In a separate bowl, mix your flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and coffee powder
- Pour into the wet mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Gradually add milk, whilst stirring to batter until your preferred consistency is achieved.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 30-40mins.
- Repeat the leftover cake method.
