2 cups full-fat milk or low-fat milk

⅔ cups  white sugar

Method

In a large saucepan, add the milk and sugar

Heat it on a low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Leave to simmer on low heat for 35- 40 minutes without stirring.

Gently skim the foam on top with a spoon.

Remove from the heat and pour into a jar to cool for hours.
