Super Eagles stars Henry Onyekuru and Isaac Success were both on target for Galatasaray and Watford in their respective pre-season friendly games played on Saturday, July 21.
Onyekuru scores against Valencia
Super Eagles forward Henry Onyekuru scored his first goal for Turkish Super Lig outfit Galatasaray in their pre-season game against Spanish La Liga side Valencia after making his first appearance against PSV Eindhoven in midweek.
Galatsaray lost the game 1-2 to Valencia with Onyekuru the only goalscorer for the Turkish outfit.
Valencia took the lead through Rúben Vezo in the 36th minute, while Toni Lato doubled their advantage in the 52nd minute.
Onyekuru who recently completed a loan move from Everton to Galatasaray came on as a substitute in the encounter for Selcuk Inan.
He scored what turned out to be a consolation for Galatasary in the 69th minute as they could not find an equaliser.
He took to his official Instagram account to post a message about getting on the scoresheet.
He said, "Preseason continues... it was great to score my first goal for the club seems like so long ago .. I can get used to this feeling again "
Isaac Success scores against Fortuna Düsseldorf
Super Eagles forward Isaac Succes was on target for English Premier League side Watford against Fortuna Düsseldorf.
Isaac who recently returned to training opened the scoring for Watford in the 20 minute when he latched onto a pass by Andre Gray.
Rouwen Hennings equalised for Fortuna Düsseldorf in the 25th minute as both sides went into the break tied.
Troy Deeney and Jerome Sinclair scored late on to give the Hornets a 3-1 win.

Isaac who got relegated with Malaga last season is expected to be in action for Watford when they play Stevenage on Friday, July 27.
