Restaurant Review: The chain is broken when the service is not consistent.

Bistro7, Lagos

The wait staff who attended to me was very distracted, she took my order and didn't care to find out if i wanted to eat in or take out.

While other restaurants go the extra mile to get their own space to give customers a full dining experience, many use the food court at malls, especially fast foods.

Location

Palms Mall, lekki phase 1, Lagos.

Ambience

Bistro 7 is not a fast food restaurant and I had seen them on social media so I was guessing that's just an express outlet. They had booster seats facing the wall. The decor was simple and neat. Looked like a themed restaurant.

Staff/ service

The wait staff who attended to me was very distracted, she took my order and didn't care to find out if i wanted to eat in or take out. She packed takeouts, and when i told her I didn't want takeouts she nonchalantly handed me a tray to eat in. I had to ask for serviette twice while she ran off each time.

Taste

Bistro 7 has one of the healthiest / flexible menus so far and it is also very inexpensive, they serve lettuce wraps(a replacement for burger , just without the bread). I ordered chicken fajita wraps with French fries and a drink. It tasted really good and the fries were made just right. No flavor in the fajita was overpowering.

Damage

Chicken fajita wraps + French fries and soft drink combo - 2,500

Round up

I like the fact that bistro 7 has a flexible menu. I will be visiting the main restaurant again to explore their menu , but I believe a restaurant should have the same level of commitment all through its branches for it to succeed as a chain restaurant.
