The Cool FM OAP really started his religious campaign and #free the sheeple movement sometime in 2016.
Since then, it has led to the some pretty awesome incidents.
Sparked a conversation
At first, everyone attached the OAP for daring to ‘attack’ tithing and the lavish lifestyles of popular Men of God.
Eventually, the public opinion started to change as more started to discuss the controversial issue online and in their daily lives.
Started a revolution
Next, more people were convinced to go search the scriptures for themselves in order to see if Daddy Freeze was wrong and their pastors were right.
What happened next, was definitely unexpected. A lot of people started to side with the OAP, based on what they found in the Bible.
Now, we have people crediting Daddy Freeze for helping them to stop taking their tithes to the church. Pastors are also thanking the OAP for helping them see things differently.

#TAPchallenge
The greatest thing to come out of this whole saga is undeniable the #TAPchallenge, tithe against poverty.
The goal is to use your 10% to help someone out of a bad situation while challenging others do the same.
The result has been an outpouring of kind deeds as everyone including Davido is joining the challenge.
On the other hand
The tithing controversy has also led to some unfortunate things. For speaking out, the OAP has been cursed and had his life threatened on several occasions.
His Instagram account has also been shut down a couple of times.
Sadly, Pastors have been portrayed in a negative light as most of them are not handling this properly.
Still, no one can deny that we have a revolution in Nigerian church and its all thanks to Daddy Freeze.
