Those of you in Lagos can relate with this question faster. Lol
Some landlord/landlady can be so frustrating with their weird rules and regulations to tenants.
I’ve heard of some not allowing their male tenants to bringing in woman or female tenants bringing in men, and other crazy stuffs.
Personally, I haven’t had any confrontation with any of them. I don’t even know my landlady in person. I just pay my rent when due, collect receipt from the lawyer and go my way.
