Here's why Kofi Adomah Nwanwani resigned from Adom FM

Kofi Adomah Nwanwani in a post on Friday confirmed that he has resigned from Adom FM, after a decade at Multimedia.

Announcing his decision, he said "it was not an easy decision for me to make but Kofi Adoma Nwanwani has to jump a new hurdle in his Journalism career."

He, however, did not state the reason(s) for his resignation but he is said to have resigned because of conflict of interest.

While working with Adom FM, he established his own network called KOFI TV.

The network, which is said to be gaining viewership, was conflicting with his work at Adom FM as a news achor and a morning show host.

He's said to have bee told by management of Multimedia to choose between his side gig at KOFI TV and his work at Adom.

He chose to quit his job to focus on building his company.

Pulse.com.gh also understands another sticky issue for management of Multimedia was advertisement on his KOFI TV.

The believed his work at KOFI TV was depriving the company of advertisement more and more companies prefer to advertise on his channel.

His network has been at the forefront of some controversial interviews involving celebrities, pastors and politicians.
