Agyapong insists that Anas’s style of entrapping people should not be countenanced.
The Ghana Legal Council has dismissed a petition filed by Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, against ace journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
The Council, in its dismissal, contended that Anas wasn't a lawyer at the time the complaint Kennedy Agyapong filed for happened.
It further instructed the vociferous NPP MP to report the case to the police if he feels Anas is corrupt.
In July, Kennedy Agyapong dragged Anas to the Legal Council claiming that Anas misconducted himself professionally as a lawyer in a manner that bordered on “moral turpitude.”
According to the MP, Anas and a Chief State Attorney, Ms Ellen Kwawukume, connived to cause a fraud case to be dismissed.
