Pulse Food: How to prepare beef burger

Ingredients

A quarter cup of dry bread crumbs

3 tablespoons evaporated milk

Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 pounds ground beef

1 egg, beaten

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

METHOD

  1. Combine ground beef, egg, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix until just blended, then shape into 4 large patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Season patties with salt and pepper on both sides, then grill with lid closed for about 10 min., flipping once.
