METHOD
- Combine ground beef, egg, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix until just blended, then shape into 4 large patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Season patties with salt and pepper on both sides, then grill with lid closed for about 10 min., flipping once.
