Nana Poku Kwarteng has dropped the names of musicians who received performance fees during his daughter’s tribute concert.
Nana Poku Kwarteng, father of the late Afro-Dancehall musician Ebony Reigns, has dropped the names of musicians who received performance fees during his daughter’s tribute concert.
Opoku Kwarteng has been on radio and TVs recently for several reasons – the main reason has to do with proceeds from the late singer’s works and her tribute concert held on March 23 this year.
According to Ebony’s father, nine musicians, who performed at the concert at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra received performance fees.
He claims Ebony’s official disc jockey, DJ Shiwaawa, and hypeman, Ogee, received performance fees.
Artistes who took performance fees include Edem, R2Bees, Ras Kuuku, Captain Planet and Coded of 4x4.
