Lemon Curd 3.0: 5 ideal foods you must try at a Nigerian music festival

5 ideal foods you must try at a Nigerian music festival

The third edition of the music festival, Lemon Curd, was a full vibe with the best of food, drinks, live art and music.

The full Lemon Curd experience cannot be complete with food, alcohol and lots of letting loose. Here are the five ideal foods you have to try at a Nigerian Music Festival.

Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, was abuzz on Saturday, August 4, with people from all over Lagos who came for the full Lemon Curd experience.

1. Waffles and cream

Light, sweet and satisfying, Waffles and Ice Cream are everybody's favourite at a music festival — including the vendors.

2. Small Chops

A full plate of small chops should contain Puff Puff, Samosa, Spring rolls and grilled meat or chicken. There's no outdoor event that is complete without it.

3. Asun and Kebabs

Beef Kebabs and Asun are another festival delicacy. Portable, easy to eat and very delicious.

4. Gizdodo

This Gizzard and Dodo delicacy is renowned for how easy it is to eat while on your feet, just like the asun and kebabs. It is a spicy combo, so make sure there's some water in sight before you indulge.

5. Cotton Candy

This isn't really food, but if morale is low, you can count on the nostalgic and sugary Cotton Candy to bump it back up again. Especially, if you're at a concert where your favourite childhood artistes are performing, it's the best way to feel like a child again.
