Latasha Ngwube: Plus-size media personality shows us how curvy babes wear sheer

Latasha Ngwube shows us how curvy babes wear sheer in a Tiffany Amber creation

Latasha Ngwube painted the town red last night in a sultry Tiffany Amber dress and nailed the sheer trend for plus-size girls everywhere.

A vocal advocate for the plus size movement and a style icon in her own right, media personality Latasha Ngwube, shows us how curvy babes wear sheer in a black Tiffany Amber creation.

The founder of plus-size positive movement 'About That Curvy Life', Latasha Ngwube is a key voice in the fight for body acceptance in Nigeria. What you can do, curvy girls can too. She has even brought the movement to the runway with her collective 'The ATCL Collective' showing at both Lagos Fashion Week and Arise Fashion Week.

Gathering some of Nigeria's best and brightest plus-size designers, Latasha has show that luxury fashion is not out of the curvy grasp and rightly so.

Latasha certainly puts her money where her mouth is in this all-black Tiffany Amber dress with sheer inserts. Latasha wore the daring dress for a girls dinner at it-restaurant, Noir.

Plus-size women often dress according to a set of silent rules which were created to govern the way they dress and leave little room for fat bodies in public spaces. These rules often leave plus-size women feeling like they 'cannot' wear certain things or partake in certain trends and sheer is definitely one of them.

Plus-size women feel that they have to hide their bodies but Latasha is a great example of why all bodies should be celebrated and why a great outfit and the confidence of a woman who is sure of herself is incomparable.
