Kenichi Yatsuhashi named Yahaya Mohammed as captain for Aduana Stars

The controversial striker is now the leader of the playing body of Aduana Stars.

Kenichi Yatsuhashi has appointed Yahaya Mohammed as the captain of Aduana Stars FC.

The Japanese American took charge of Aduana Stars, two week ago and he has started changing the face of the club with appointment of new captains for the Dormaa based side.

Kenichi has selected experienced striker Yahaya Mohammed as the captain of the side, while Paul Aidoo has been named as his deputy.

Yahaya Mohammed has had stints with Tema Youth, Asante Kotoko, Amidaus Professionals and played a key role in the Aduana Stars league triumph last season.

Kenichi Yatsuhasi powered Aduana Stars to a 2-1 victory against AS Vita of DR Congo in the CAF Confederation Cup, which happens to be his first competitive game in charge.

The Ghana champions are now on four points in the CAF Confederation Cup and they will travel to Congo to face Vita Club in their next assignment.
