The tour, which is expected to happen before the end of the year will see Wizkid perform at several venues across the United States for the first time in a while, after a number of cancelled concerts earlier in the year.
This was made known in a tweet posted on his official account (@wizkidayo), where he excitedly confirmed to his fans that it was about to happen.
The Popstar who has had successful concerts in the United Kingdom including the sold out AfroRepublik O2 Arena event will now be taking his art to his fans in the United States.
This time last year, saw the release of his internationally marketed EP, Sounds From The Other Side, targeted at breaking him into the US market, which didn't exactly achieve much success.
But his failure to perform at the Coachella festival in California earlier this year after stating that his band members were unable to secure visas for the event was a big talking point back home.
In recent weeks, Wizkid has been spotted in the company of a number of American superstars following his trip to the United States.
The Starboy who on Thursday, July 26, paid a visit to the Los Angeles home of music mogul, Sean 'Diddy Combs' has also been seen with renowned disc jockey, DJ Khaled and ex Black Eyed Pea member, Fergie.
