The Police officer whose name is not known boarded the vehicle from Ridge roundabout to Madina. According to reports gathered by Starrfmonline.com, the officer is stationed with the Madina station of the Ghana Police Service.
The Ghana police service has launched an investigation into a viral video which shows a heavily drunk police officer who boarded a commercial vehicle with an AK47 rifle.
The errant Police officer whose details are yet to be known reportedly boarded the vehicle from Ridge roundabout to Madina.
The only detail known about the officer is the fact that he is stationed with the Madina station of the Ghana Police Service.
In the video,the drunk officer was unable to sit in a stable manner. All he was doing was to continuously brag about his drinking prowess.
What made who incident risky was the fact that the said officer was unable to control the rifle in the vehicle loaded with passengers.

The officer was heard in a loud voice saying in twi that, “me ne obiaa nni asem”, to wit, ‘I have no problem with anyone’. This was after the conductor or driver’s assistant (mate) asked him to pay his fare.
The incident according to information gathered by Starrfmonline.com happened on Tuesday, June 26.
The Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Police Service, Sheila Buckman speaking to Starrfmonline.com said the incident has been brought to their attention adding that investigations have commenced.
According to her, the officer will be traced and sanctioned if found guilty.
