New information reveals Kennedy Agyepong's babymama was a patient at the Advanced Body Sculpt for many years. This submission was made in court by the lead counsel for the accused.
The late Deputy CEO of the National Entrepreneurship Innovative Programme, Stacy Offei Darko met her death at the Advanced Body Sculpt Center. She allegedly underwent a surgery to remove fat from her underarms.
However, new information reveals that this wasn't her first time going under Obengfo's knife.This revelation was made at the bail hearing for Dr. Obengo, who along with others were arrested for the death of late Stacy Darko.

Jonathan Dzansi Ankrah, legal counselor for the accused cited that the former NEIP deputy CEO had been a regular client at the Obengfo Hospital since 2014 and had even undergone a similar surgery in 2017 which was successful. According to him, this promoted her decision to undergo another surgery this year but unfortunately passed on during recovery.
This new revelation contradicts her mother's statement, that her daughter had gone for a regular checkup after complaining of a severe headache. She also insisted that her daughter was very beautiful and didn't need body enhancing surgeries.
Her death caused an uproar, especially when it came to public attention, efforts to conceal her death from her relatives by the hospital. This was followed immediately with an arrest and closure of the Hospital.

Although awaiting trial, bail has been denied by the sitting judge asking the defense counsel to seek a redress at a higher court.
