Sports Minister, NFF president visit CHAN team in Morocco ahead of quarterfinal

The Super Eagles were visited at the African Nations Championship by the Sports Minister, NFF President and Chairman Senate Committee on Sports.

The Super Eagles were visited by Minister of Youth and Sports Barrister Solomon Dalung, NFF President Amaju Pinnick, and Chairman Senate Commitee Senator Obinna Ogba on Sports in Morroco.

The delegation were in Morocco to motivate the Eagles ahead of their quarterfinal fixture against Angola in the African Nations Championship (CHAN).

The Home based Super Eagles are now back in Tangier after they travelled to Agadir to face Equatorial Guinea  in their last group match.

The Eagles finished their top oof their group with seven points from two wins and a draw.

Salisu Yusuf's boys will hope to emulate Stephen Keshi's 00214 team that progressed to the semi-final stage of the tournament.

The match between Nigeria and Angola will take place on Sunday, January 28,  at the Stade Adrar, Agadir, (Kick off- 4:30 pm : 5:30 pm Nigeria time).
