#MeetTheWellingtons: Banky W & Adesua Etomi serve more wedding goals with documentary

Banky W and Adesua Etomi are, for many, the poster couple of romance goals.

Banky W and Adesua Etomi have let fans in on more beautiful stories and behind-the-scene moments from their trendy #BAAD2017 wedding.

Banky W and Adesua Etomi are still giving us magical relationship goals and of course we're here for every fantastic chapter of their romance.

Just when the enchantment of their #BAAD2017 wedding was completely wearing off,  the charming couple have reignited the spark of their happy day with an exciting wedding documentary which aired on African magic on January 6, 2017.

The pair treat us to back stories and beautiful behind-the-scene moments from their ground-breaking #BAAD2017 wedding which shut down the Internet for the most part of last November.

Recall that the pair had four smashing ceremonies that held us spellbound, an introduction, that traditional wedding which was the talk of Lagos for all of that weekend, a court wedding and that glorious destination wedding in South Africa.

The couple's romance would have made the biggest headlines anyway, given that they are both adorable, well-loved celebrities who gave us the first of the popular Wedding Party Movies.

But their love story was made a lot more stirring when news came out few weeks before the traditional ceremony that Banky had just survived another cancer scare.

It even caused us to rightly predict at the time that the ceremony will be a supremely joyous affair.

Documentary highlights

In the new documetary, we get to see Banky's first reaction to that Ebuka Obi-Uchendu's headline-making agbada.

"Is your agbada finer than mine?" asks the groom, mildly bewildered. A question to which Ebuka smiles and replies;

"It might be." Of course, we all know how that went.

Dorcas Shola-Fapson, who has been spotted with Wizkid in recent times, also got to catch the bouquet thrown by the bride.

A soon coming wedding party for her and Wizkid, perhaps?

Lessons

Adesua Etomi, speaking on her marriage plans before she met Banky, says that: "I wasn't planning on getting married to anyone in the industry ...and here comes this one and he completely shatters all my plans."

And that's the beauty of love. The randomness of it and how one is most times never ready for it and it just breezes in and sweeps you off your feet into an euphoria you never thought possible.

Adesua confirms this when she says that "this is singlehandedly the happiest of day of my life."

Staying happy and fulfilled in love requires a lot more effort than is needed to actually fall in love, but of course, after giving us so many beautiful moments from their wedding and now sharing even more of those moments with us, all of us at Pulse Weddings - just like Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde - are rooting for this special couple's unfading love and happy marriage.

Once again, cheers to the Wellingtons!
