Super Eagles team B striker Kingsley Eduwo has moved to C.S Sfaxien in the Tunisian league.
Kingsley Eduwo who played for Lobi Stars in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) last season has completed a move to C.S Sfaxien in the Tunisian league.
Eduwo who was part of the Super Eagles CHAN team in the qualifications series, as well as the WAFU Cup, has finally left Lobi stars after three years to join Tunisian outfit Club Sportif Sfaxien.
According to Allnigeriasoccer, Eduwo has put pen to paper for the duration of three-and-a-half-year, which will see him stay at the club until June 30, 2021.
An excited Eduwo told ScoreNigeria "Firstly, I thank God for everything, I thank everyone who has contributed to the success of the deal and the management of Lobi Stars and supporters,”
“I am excited to be here and looking forward to doing well to maintain the high standard set by my friend Junior Ajayi and Kingsley Sokari."
“Junior (Ajayi) is loved by everyone here at CS Sfaxien and has opened the door for Nigerians here.”
The striker will be joining compatriot Kingsley Sokari at CS Sfaxien. Sokari is one of the key players at the club and the Nigerian international should help Eduwo get settled in.
Eduwo will continue the rest of the ongoing 2017/2018 season with his new teammates; he has been given the number 27 shirt.
The former Lobi Stars man was a key part of the CHAN set up, as he scored a goal against Benin Republic in the qualification stage.
Kingsley Eduwo is 21 years old and has played for Sunshine Stars as well as Gateway United.
