Boko Haram to release videos on crashed air force jet

Salkida said the terrorists will soon release videos of the remaining Chibok schoolgirls and some women abducted from a police convoy in Borno state.

In a report by TheCable, Salkida said the terrorists will soon release videos of the remaining Chibok schoolgirls and some women abducted from a police convoy in Borno state.

Salkida made the disclosure on Twitter while quoting sources close to the terrorists

“The group claims they gunned it down amid unrelenting push by the Army.

Secondary schoolgirls were abducted from the Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno on April 14, 2014.

In the same vein, women were taken captive when members of the insurgent group attacked a police convoy in June 2017.

The attack on the convoy had left two officers dead while 57 were reportedly missing.

Military helicopter crashed while on mission - Army

The Nigerian Air Force had announced that one of its helicopters suffered a mishap while on a mission to end insurgency by Boko Haram in the North Eastern part of Nigeria.

While the army didn't give details on the air mishap, the location of the tragic incident was not also made public but Salkida quoted sources as saying Boko Haram fighters gunned down the jet.
