Bishop Oyedepo: Fulani herdsmen declare war in violent letter to Living Faith founder

Fulani herdsmen declare war in violent letter to Bishop Oyedepo

The Living Faith founder received a scary letter from the herdsmen detailing their demands.

War has been declared on Bishop David Oyedepo and Nigerians in a violent letter from Fulani herdsmen.

This startling news was shared by the founder and General Overseer of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winner’s Chapel.

According to Oyedepo, the letter from a coalition of Fulani herdsmen, identified as Fulani Nationality Movement, clearly states that the country will have no peace.

The cleric said: “Just last night, I got this, believed to be from the Fulani Nationality Movement, saying that God has given them this land and that they have the right to live anywhere, and until the colony is established, there’ll be no rest in Nigeria.

”I heard them say that the cattle colony is the only solution to the crisis, whether the Government or State Government accept or not.

”We have asked all Fulani herdsmen all over West Africa to move to Nigeria and penetrate every corner for the upcoming Jihad.”

Between Bishop Oyedepo and Fulani herdsmen

This comes after the Living Faith founder’s recent outburst after the killing of children, women and innocent people in Guma and Logo Local Government Areas of Benue State.

Speaking at ‘One night with the King’ telecast, he placed a curse on these killers.

In his words, the ”perpetrators of the killings and their unborn children will not see peace.

“Where are the security agents? You mean they can’t get the herdsmen arrested? Those Fulani herdsmen and their unborn children will not see peace.”

He went on ask some important questions while encouraging everyone to pray for Nigeria.

Bishop Oyedepo asked: “How many of these killers have been brought to book since their campaign of carnage, death and destruction began?”

“Is cattle business government business? Should farmers be killed to Fulani herdsmen to live? Should all farmers leave their farms today for the threat of Fulani herdsmen?

“If not attended to in earnest, this might evolve into a nationwide unrest worse than the ISIS devastation going on in several parts of the world.”

Other reactions to Fulani herdsmen

Meanwhile, the Chairman of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, Bishop Dr. Godwin Madu, has also reacted to the killing by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

In a press statement, he said: “The senseless killing of innocent citizens in Benue State by herdsmen in a democratic nation is quite unfortunate. As it is today, Benue, Nassarawa, Taraba and Plateau States have become graveyards for innocent citizens of Nigeria. This is wicked, evil.

“Is this a calculated plot to wipe away all the Christians in the middle belt in order to Islamize it? I want to sound this caution that Nigeria is on the verge of collapsing. I call on political leaders and the international community to rise up and stop the Fulani herdsmen from further killings in Nigeria. We cannot claim to be one Nigeria anymore.”

Bishop Goddy Madu went on to advise the Federal Government to relocate the herdsmen to  Sambisa Forest where their cattle can graze freely.
