Staying healthy during the Harmattan season as we know it's going to be a dry season and there would be constant dust and thirst.
I will be sharing some tips on how to stay healthy during this season so we can maintain our glow and most importantly our healthy status.
We don't want to look dull come 2018.
Harmatthan causes breakage of Hair, Dehydration, Chapped lips, Dry skin, Cough, Cattarh e.t.c
The essence of this post is because I don't want us to be partakers of unhealthy living and the harm the season brings to our health.
Water
The very first thing we should all strive to do or do with ease is drinking water I call it water therapy it would keep your skin and hair hydrated and take care of the toxins in your body.
We should also take fruits that has more liquid like watermelon.
N:B- you cannot replace water with carbonated drinks e.g Coke, Fanta, Pepsi e.t.c
Head Protection
Hats and shades would be needful this season, I put on a medicated spectacles (eye glasses) and it is photochromic. It prevents and shields light from harming my eyes and it also keeps dust away from entering my eyes. If you do not have a medicated glasses you can do well to buy a sun shade to prevent dust from getting into your eyes.
We also need hats so our hair don't look dirty and looses it glow.
Moisture
Moisturize your skin, hair and lips with Oily substances like Coconut oil, Vaseline , Argan oil, I use Tender care from Oriflame for my lips applying this substances would keep the skin, hair and lips moisturized and prevents them from getting dry.
We would stay healthy by paying attention to this tips this season.
Have a beautiful holiday
Merry Christmas and Happy new year in advance.
