The popular preacher is taking things a step further by producing Bibles.
Bishop David Oyedepo is joining the Bible production and distribution business.
The General Overseer of Living Faith Church Worldwide (a.k.a Winners’ Chapel) made the announcement during the recently concluded Shiloh 2017.
Premium Times reports that Oyedepo said the large-scale production of Bibles would be done by the church’s publishing arm — Dominion Publishing House.
Why Bishop Oyedepo wants to produce Bibles
The G.O explained that the church will produce small, medium and large Bibles, noting that this is important because the electronic Bible apps are not reliable.
In his words, it will “reach out to everyone who believes in the Gospel of Jesus,” within and across the African continent.
“We are doing the right thing by spreading the Gospel across Africa and beyond. It is not my product, it is God’s; He gave the word.”

Bishop Oyedepo added that printed Bibles are a way to “bail oneself out of every predicament.”
He ended his announcement by urging the congregation to pray that the church will eventually go into the large-scale production of Bibles, tracts, scriptures in French and other African languages.
